Because no document content is ever stored, the risk of PHI breach through Zelavox's systems is minimized to the period of active processing only — typically under 10 seconds.

The output generated by Zelavox is provided solely for informational purposes and is the sole responsibility of the person or entity who receives and acts upon it.
